When reporting a bug, we usually need access to your WordPress Admin area for diagnosis. Grant us access when submitting a new ticket for a quick resolution.

No need for access if you're just asking about settings or customizations.

Clicking "Create auth link" generates a new user "mapsvg" with admin rights and an authorization link, allowing instant access to your WordPress. This feature is for site admins only.

After closing the ticket, reopen this window and click "Revoke access."
