Dr. Robert Hix is originally from Arkansas. Growing up he had the opportunity to live in both big and small towns. He received an undergraduate degree from Hendrix College and attended both medical school and residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. Before joining Parkhill in 2004, Dr. Hix practiced at Siloam Springs Women’s Center.

What initially attracted Dr. Hix to OB/GYN is the ability to be a part of bringing a new life into the world. Since beginning his work, he’s become exceedingly grateful for the opportunity to form relationships with his patients and to be a part of their lives. He considers it a blessing to help care for women, their children, and even their extended families.
